About Steve Tucciarello

Steve Tucciarello represents the 4th Legislative District, which will include portions of the Towns of Gates and Ogden.  He was elected to a four-year term in November 2005 and re-elected to a two-year term in November 2009. 

Steve is the Deputy Majority Leader and a member of both the Ways and Means and Recreation and Education Committees.  He has previously served as the Chairman for the Transportation Committee as well as the Planning and Economic Development Committee.  Steve is a Legislative representative on the Monroe County Airport Authority, the 911 Operations Board and the Office of the Aging Council for Elders.

Steve serves the community in numerous other ways outside of the Legislature.  He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Westside YMCA and is a member of both the Gates-Chili Chamber of Commerce and Gates Amita and the F.O. Eagles.  In the past, he has served as the Chairman of the Gates Zoning Board, a member of the Gates Conservation Board, and as the Gates Town Civil Officer. 

Apart from his Legislative duties and community involvement, Steve owns and operates Colony Dry Cleaners, a successful business in Gates.  Steve and his wife Lynette live in Gates and are the proud parents of two children Steven and Sydney.
