Steve Tucciarello represents the fourth legislative district which includes most of the Town of Gates and portions of the Town of Chili. Steve was first elected to a four-year term in November 2005. Legislator Tucciarello currently serves as Chairman of the Planning & Economic Development Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Environment & Public Works Committee, and member of the Ways & Means Committee.

Beyond his duties as a Monroe County Legislator, Steve serves his community in a variety of other ways. He is currently a Director of the Westside Family YMCA, a member of the Gates-Chili Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Monroe County Airport Authority, a member of the board for Monroe County’s Office for the Aging and a member of the 9-1-1 Operating Practices Board. Legislator Tucciarello is also a member of Gates Amita and the F.O. Eagles. In the past, Steve has served as Chairman of the Gates Zoning Board and as a member of the Gates Conservation Board. He was also the Gates Town Civil Officer.

Legislator Tucciarello owns a successful small business, Colony Dry Cleaners, in the Town of Gates.
